The Parish Pastoral Council thanks each of you who took the time to answer our series of five surveys about St. James over the past few months. There were many patterns that emerged, thoughtful comments made, and places for both pride and growth.

Results are posted in the back of the church that give a snapshot of the health of the parish.

We also have a quick overview of each survey that you can review.

And now comes the real challenge -- figuring out and implementing the changes that need to be made -- because data is only as helpful as what you DO with it!

If so, we first ask for your prayers that the Holy Spirit would guide St. James to be the vibrant, missionary disciples-filled parish that Christ intends it to be.

Second, please consider joining our Renewal Teams formed around these survey results to take the results and apply them.
​
The next Renewal Team Meeting is November 4th at 6:30p in the Parish Center (17400 Northwood). All are welcome and encouraged to attend where the team will discuss the results and next steps to implement small, do-able actions and plan and discuss for large-scale changes.
